Join Heritage Craft Butchers at Vintage in Bloom for a Charcuterie Board Composition Clinic at 6pm on April 2. First you'll use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® and Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint products to stain, stencil and finish your own charcuterie cutting board with ViB staff. Then Heritage Craft Butchers will be on hand to show you how to compose a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board and impress your future dinner guests with an artfully presented selection of cured meats, cheeses, and accoutrements. You’ll learn the basics of charcuterie so you can confidently select a diverse assortment on your next shopping trip. We’ll give you suggestions on cheese and wine pairing as well as ways to utilize leftover items in your refrigerator to create a striking, edible centerpiece. At the conclusion of this event, you’ll take home a selection of charcuterie as well as a hand-crafted cutting board so you can create your own dining experience at home.
Heritage Craft Butchers is a butcher shop in Marianna, Pennsylvania specializing in exotic charcuterie products, made in-house with local meats. Their charcuterie has been featured in the Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh Magazine, and at events all around Southwestern Pennsylvania.
No refunds or makeups will be offered for this workshop so please plan accordingly.
